Yandiki.com is seeking a highly skilled enterprise B2B sales professional capable of landing major accounts in advertising industry and motivated by an opportunity to make high personal income. Your compensation will consist of a base salary plus uncapped residual commission on your sales.
Yandiki provides ad agencies with creative and tech talent which works remotely but in fully transparent manner. Using Yandiki breakthrough cloudsourcing technology, Yandiki clients can see all work performed in real-time and retroactivley, allowing for much better coordination than using any traditional method, including hiring in-house talent.
Yandiki service allows its clients to grow faster and save greatly on labor costs without experiencing any disadvantages inherent to traditional “blind” outsourcing. You will be responsible for introducing advantages of cloudsourcing and transparent staff augmentation to the leading ad agencies in NYC and elsewhere.
In addition to the base salary, we will pay 10% on your personal sales. The commission is residual, for the entire life of the account and is expected to generate seven-figure earnings for a successful sales professional.
Desired Skills and Experience:
– Successful history of sales experience and a proven track record in digital media sales or other like “intangible goods” with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets is preferred.
– Having a passion for digital media and working in a continuous fast-paced and changing industry, with the desire to stay ahead of the learning curve.
– Skilled at negotiating business terms with industry vertical C-level executives.
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to be quick witted and to have a clear and concise phone conversation.
– Able to work independently using good business judgment.
– Master or Bachelor degree.
