Accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations for SheWorks!, Yandiki and TransparentBusiness, including the development of financial and strategic business plans and the ongoing development, implementation and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Areas of work:

Financial Information:

  • Responsible for the issuance of financial information accurately and in timely manner.
  • Report financial results to CEO & Board of Directors.
  • Monitor cash balances & forecasts.
  • Provide the required information to our investors community.

Planning:

  • Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supports tactical initiatives.
  • Monitor and/or direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Development of financial strategies. Management of budgeting processes.
  • Develop and track performance metrics/KPIs that support our companies’ strategic direction.

Operations:

  • Manage Accounting, Billing, Collections, Accounts Payable and Payroll departments.
  • Oversee financial operations and SheWorks!´s transaction processing systems.
  • Implement operational best practices.

Risk Management:

  • Understand and mitigate key elements of our companies’ risk profile.
  • Construct and monitor reliable processes and control systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar position, either with corporate IT  or startups.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy with a proven ability to juggle numerous responsibilities.
  • Outstanding business communications skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Native English speaker or fully bilingual (English and Spanish).

Compensation

  • $15 per hour
  • Equity and mandatory raises based on KPIs targets
